Anyone in need of a winter coat?

I have one for sale which is plain black and a size 24. It's a big sturdy proper winter coat, falls just above my knee and I'm 5'7". Great condition as it's barely been worn - I live in Plymouth and for the most part our winters are pretty mild so I never have much need for it!

It's 53% Wool and the rest viscose. It's fully lined in grey and there is a back split for ease of movement, sitting, etc. It's faux-double breasted, it fastens with the three buttons on the right hand side, or your left when you have it on.

As I said, it is a heavy weight coat so the cheapest delivery is standard parcels which would be £4.41, if you want it quicker the other option is first class at £5.85, it's too heavy for second class mail.

I'd like £22 for this (plus postage and paypal fees if applicable) as it is a good quality coat and almost new condition :) Any questions then please ask. Lot's of photos behind the cut, I think I've photographed all the details!

Digital portraits! Basically send me a photo and I 'paint' a version of it using my graphics tablet - maybe a nice gift idea? (I also make the pictures into a greetings card for a bit extra, or an 4x6"/A4 print for you to use or frame as you wish)

I have become incredibly addicted to Guitar Hero on the Xbox 360, but sadly it is not my game or controller, so I am after my own!

I am looking for the game and the Les Paul Gibson controller. I can get this second hand on Play.com for £39.99 or brand new in HMV for £45, so looking for something less that that if possible!

For this week - I'm going to continue with #s 1, 2, 3 and 5 - they seem to still be the priority. It's getting closer and closer and I'm starting to see more temptations - need to keep strong!

And for the upcoming week, goals:
1. Exercise: 30 minutes a day. Two strength workouts. One swim.

2. Special challenge days: another work social thing (farewell food day for a guy I respect), and my birthday (which is a work social thing, too... you bring treats on your birthday). To get through them, I plan to bring the birthday treats on the other food day, and pretty much skim over the way I did with the chili contest. I will buy the treats, not make them myself.

3. Ongoing challenge - quitting the bubbles: No more than one diet soda each day.

And of course - report back here with results next Sunday!

So, I've pretty much been just recording what I've eaten to see how I do on a regular basis. I think I'm doing allright so far. I'd been trying to not eat too much, and basically only having two meals a day. Starting tomorrow I'm going to try counting calories and eating more often but less each time.
